We are very excited to announce the recent promotions of Lam Partners:

Jack Risser, LC – Promoted to Senior Associate

Jack received his bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering, with a focus in lighting design, from the Pennsylvania State University. Jack has developed new lighting simulation platforms and workflows for Lam Partners, which have been broadly implemented on all kinds of projects. His work on Boston City Hall, SoFi Stadium, Oklahoma State Capitol, and Cary Park has been some of his most challenging and rewarding to date.

Congratulations Jack!

Maggie Golden, PE, LC, Design IALD – Promoted to Senior Associate

Maggie Golden is a seasoned lighting designer at Lam Partners, working remotely in the Greater Philadelphia area.  A licensed Professional Architectural Engineer and a Master’s degree in Architectural Engineering from Penn State, Maggie is passionate about the intersection of art and science, bringing together creative visions and technical precision in every project. Her work reflects a deep commitment to how people experience light and to making high-quality lighting accessible to all. Over her time at Lam, Maggie has combined her expertise in lighting and daylighting with advanced digital simulation technologies to deliver thoughtful, impactful designs across a wide range of projects.

Congratulations Maggie!

Molly Bowman – Promoted to Lighting Designer

A designer at heart, Molly has been creating from the moment she could stack a Lego. Her early interests in 3-D structures, visual art, and design, coupled with her passion for community, led her to pursue a design career that places importance on the human being. Molly received her bachelor’s degree in Architecture with a concentration in Urbanism from Wentworth Institute of Technology. Lighting, integral to a holistic design strategy, captured Molly’s attention throughout her architecture studies. Molly regards lighting design as a brilliant synthesis of her love for architectural form, spatial composition, and strong client collaboration within the creative design process. However, for Molly, it is the variety of the work at Lam Partners that she finds most gratifying, as it lends her many opportunities to continue learning and growing as a designer.

Congratulations Molly!
