Inspired by Asics’ Japanese heritage, soft flowing lines are reminiscent of ripples in water, or a manicured zen garden. The lighting mimics and complements the serpentine lines, with simple round pendant rings in the workspaces and curvilinear lighting integrated into the baffled walls. Indirect lighting washes wall and ceiling surfaces to help blend with the ample amounts of daylight. Showrooms are outfitted with flexible lighting systems for meetings, highlighting of products, and social gatherings. An infinity mirrored ‘footwear box’ adds an element of surprise to the rest rooms.
