Designed to support daily work alongside larger gatherings and meetings, the lighting approach emphasizes visual comfort, flexibility, and a strong connection to daylight. Open office areas and conference rooms are illuminated primarily with indirect fixtures, creating a soft ceiling glow that balances natural light while minimizing reflections on computer monitors. On the amenity floor, diffuse decorative pendants define gathering spaces and provide comfortable, inviting illumination for dining and collaboration. A distinctive soda bar—an amenity tailored to the local culture—adds a playful and memorable element unique to Fidelity’s broader real estate portfolio.
