We are thrilled to announce our latest firm promotions, continuing our commitment to growth and leadership within Lam Partners.

Jack Risser, LC

Associate

Jack received his bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering, with a focus in lighting design, from the Pennsylvania State University. Jack has developed new lighting simulation platforms and workflows for Lam Partners, which have been broadly implemented on all kinds of projects. His work on Boston City Hall, SoFi Stadium, Oklahoma State Capitol, and Cary Park has been some of his most challenging and rewarding to date.

Maggie Golden, PE, LC, Assoc. IALD

Associate

A seasoned lighting designer with over six years of experience, Maggie is a licensed Professional Architectural Engineer, with an extensive expertise in digital simulation technologies and daylighting design. She is passionate about the blend of art and science through lighting and the psychological perception of light. In her free time, Maggie enjoys baking, reading, yoga, and hanging out with her cat, Luna. She is also a Big Sister through Big Brother, Big Sister, and loves enjoying a good meal with friends and family.

Srushti Totadri

Senior Lighting Designer

Srushti graduated from Parsons School of Design, New York with her master’s degree in both interior design and lighting design. Prior to her lighting education, she already had an architectural background from her time in India. Her work at Lam has garnered several accolades, including an IES Section Award for SQZ Biotechologies, the award-winning Lam Labs competition entry for the Lechmere Viaduct, and selection to exhibit at the Buckingham Browne & Nichols School, as well as for the Somerville Arts Commission.
