Sarah Donald Fisher

IALD, LEED AP BD+C, MIES LC
Principal
Denver Studio Director

Sarah has been obsessed with lighting for as long as anyone in her family can remember. Her career began in theatrical lighting, serving in all capacities, from lighting designer to union stagehand – and every role in between. Next, she was lured by the opportunity to work as a lighting director in broadcast television, prior to pursuing and obtaining her master’s degree in Architectural Lighting Design from Parsons School of Design. Sarah volunteers with the education and practice committees at the Colorado NOMA chapter, as well as serving on multiple RP committees with the IES — and she always embraces all the facets of a good lighting design challenge. When not contemplating lighting, Sarah enjoys exploring the Rocky Mountains with her family, seeing live music, and adapting to Front Range gardening.
