
Srushti Totadri
Associate
Srushti’s keen understanding of the built environment, rooted in her academic background in architecture, lighting, and interior design, is evident in her project work, scholarly pursuits, and numerous volunteer activities.
Her passion for design excellence shines through in several award-winning projects, including View Boston at the Prudential Center and the Foundry building in Cambridge. Through Lam Labs, she helped lead our team to a first-place finish in the Lechmere Viaduct lighting design competition. Additionally, she has collaborated on multiple public art installations, such as “Doors Squared,” “Light as Object,” and “Interwoven” in New York City’s Flatiron District.
Srushti brings a high degree of theoretical rigor and practical design insight to her projects. Beyond her work at Lam Partners, she enjoys teaching and research. She continually expands her practice and approach to lighting through presentations at multiple industry conferences, Lam Academy’s AIA‑approved courses, and guest lectures at the Harvard Graduate School of Design, USC, and Parsons.
