This campus center houses a dining hall, pub, bookstore, convenience store, post office, a variety of lounges and meeting rooms, and a spectacular four-story multi-purpose function hall.
The lighting design was tailored to the particular needs of each of these diverse space types, while at the same time unifying the whole project in a manner supportive of the innovative architectural style.
In the vibrant student-run pub, glowing red bar shelving bathes the space with a dramatic glow. Diminutive track fixtures provide controlled accent lighting of tables and artwork.
In the heart of the building are two levels of lockers that provide secure storage for each student organization. The only light for this space comes from the lights that illuminate the insides of the lockers and bleed out through a thick etched-acrylic disk in each door.
