The 320-bed 97,000 SF residence hall was completed in August 2016. Located on a complex, sloped site, the residence hall has been designed in scale and context with the bordering residential neighborhood to ease the transition from the campus to the community. The building’s living/learning program includes lounges, kitchens and study spaces to foster shared “neighborhoods” within the building, bringing students from differing years and majors together, further strengthening the University’s residential life community.
