The global investment firm’s campus is being brought into the 21st century, with over one million square feet being updated in two buildings, Spartan and Contra. Lighting is a key element in these improvements to 100,000 square feet of office space, including two cafeterias, two dining areas, two beaneries, and multiple conference rooms/huddle spaces and phone rooms.
