ROME Therapeutics recently developed a new 23,000 square-foot lab/office headquarters in Boston, Massachusetts. Their logo represents a toggle switch, alluding to their technology that switches on the immune system. The ROME brand was utilized as inspiration for the open office lighting design. An abstract visualization of the toggle switch playfully switches on and off above the office workstations and lounges. These direct and indirect pendants work together with other layers of light to create a welcoming and balanced visual environment. The Labs are illuminated with efficient LED light panels organized in a linear pattern for a crisp and bright research environment.
