Maggie Golden is a seasoned lighting designer at Lam Partners, working remotely in the Greater Philadelphia area.  A licensed Professional Architectural Engineer and a Master’s degree in Architectural Engineering from Penn State, Maggie is passionate about the intersection of art and science, bringing together creative visions and technical precision in every project. Her work reflects a deep commitment to how people experience light and to making high-quality lighting accessible to all. Over her time at Lam, Maggie has combined her expertise in lighting and daylighting with advanced digital simulation technologies to deliver thoughtful, impactful designs across a wide range of projects.

Beyond her design practice, Maggie has taught lighting courses and advised thesis students at the Boston Architectural College. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, hiking, watching sports, and most importantly, spending time with her children and family.
